MEET THE TEAM
CRYSTAL DIXON, FNP | Nurse Practitioner
Crystal has been a part of the Lowcountry Male and AquaVitae team since 2019, she is an American Academy of Nurse Practitioner’s Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner from Athens, Ohio. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and spent several years working as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency department prior to obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing from Otterbein University in 2015. Crystal enjoys working with patients to improve their overall health and quality of life through a balance of traditional and holistic medicine. Her focus is hormone replacement therapy for both men and women, weight loss, PRP treatments and aesthetics.When she is not working, Crystal loves spending time with her husband Matt and their son, Wyatt. She enjoys being outdoors, staying physically active, traveling, and attending live music events.
NICKI GATTON, FNP | Nurse Practitioner
Danielle “Nicki” Gatton was born and raised in Statesville, North Carolina and currently resides in Charlotte. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UNC-Charlotte and obtained with her Master of Science in Nursing/ Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In her years in practice, she has worked in a variety of settings throughout the United States and overseas but found her passion in functional medicine and holistic practices. She specializes in weight loss, wellness, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and aesthetic medicine.
